Questions
Everything about editions, sizes, framing, shipping and payment. If your question isn't here, ask me directly — I reply personally.
Acquiring a work
How does an acquisition work?
Choose a size and a finish on the work's page, then click Acquire this print. Each work is produced on demand, signed, numbered and accompanied by an Arttrust certificate of authenticity.
Many collectors prefer to talk first — about the image, the format or the wall. Write to me or use the chat: I reply personally.
Can I order a custom size or a different finish?
Yes, for every work. Larger, smaller or to exact measurements; another frame, another mount or support. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll send you a quote.
Can you help me choose the right size?
Of course. Send me a photo of your wall with its dimensions and I'll help you choose the format. The 100 × 150 cm size is the one I recommend to preserve the presence and light of the image, but the right size is the one that suits your space.
Are the room views real photographs?
No. Room and frame views are digital visualisations, made to give an idea of scale. The photograph shown in them is the real image, unaltered.
Editions & certificate
How many prints are there in an edition?
Each work is offered in a limited edition of 3 to 5 prints depending on the image, plus 1 artist's proof. The edition counts all sizes and finishes together.
The price increases over the course of the edition, as fewer prints remain. When an image exists as a unique piece, this is indicated on its page.
What is the Arttrust certificate?
Each print is signed, numbered and registered with Arttrust, a tamper-proof certificate of authenticity linked to the work.
Are the images edited or generated with AI?
No AI. The colours come from coloured flashes fired on location, at the moment of shooting.
Paper & framing
What paper do you print on?
Pigment prints on matte fine art paper: Hahnemühle Photo Rag Matt Baryta 308 g or Canson Infinity Baryta Photographique II Matt 310 g, depending on the image. Both are acid-free archival papers chosen for their stability and depth.
What is the floater frame option?
The print is mounted on 3 mm aluminium Dibond and set in a black wooden floater frame, without glass. It arrives ready to hang.
What if I choose “Print only”?
The print is shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready to be framed by a framer of your choice.
Production & timing
How long does it take?
Each print is produced on demand after your order. The usual time is 2 to 8 weeks depending on the size and finish; mounting and framing can add a little time. I always give you an estimate before you confirm.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Rolled print, shipped in a protective tube: free in France and Europe, €75 to the rest of the world.
Floater frame, shipped in a protective crate. Europe / rest of the world: 70 × 100 cm, €130 / €210 · 100 × 150 cm, €210 / €340 · 133 × 200 cm, €380 / on quote.
Custom sizes and finishes: shipping is included in the quote.
I live far from Europe. Can I still have a framed work?
Yes. For large framed works outside Europe, shipping a frame across the world is costly and risky. I can have the print produced and framed by a trusted professional lab close to you, and I send the signed certificate separately. Ask me for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2 to 8 weeks depending on the size and finish. Shipping then takes a few days by express courier. I always confirm the timing before you pay.
Is the shipment insured?
Transport insurance can be arranged depending on the destination and the type of shipment. Ask me if you need it.
Will I pay import duties?
Outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may be charged by customs on delivery. They are paid by the buyer.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card, through a secure Stripe payment page. Bank transfer is also possible — write to me first.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes, prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Returns & damage
What if the work arrives damaged?
Each print is inspected before shipping. If there is any problem on delivery, contact me as soon as you receive it, with a few photos of the work and the packaging, and I'll find the right solution with you.
Can I return a work?
Each work is printed on demand, specifically for you, after your order. For this reason, works cannot be returned once the order is confirmed, except if damaged on delivery or not as ordered. If you hesitate between two sizes or two works, write to me before ordering: I'll help you choose.
