Terms of sale
These terms apply to every sale of a photographic print made through etienneperrone.com or after an exchange with the artist.
1. Seller
Etienne Perrone, individual entrepreneur, SIRET 451 598 825 00052, etienne.perrone@gmail.com.
2. Works
Works are limited-edition pigment prints, signed, numbered and accompanied by an Arttrust certificate of authenticity. The edition size is stated on each work's page and counts all sizes and finishes together. Room and frame views are digital visualisations; the colours on screen may vary slightly from the print.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are stated before payment. Outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed through a secure Stripe payment page, or after confirmation by email for custom requests. Payment is made by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer after agreement. The order is confirmed by email once payment is received.
5. Production and delivery
Each print is produced on demand. The usual time is 2 to 8 weeks depending on the size and finish; an estimate is given before confirmation. Works are shipped with tracking, in packaging adapted to their format. The buyer must check the parcel on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos.
6. Returns
Each work is a limited-edition print produced on demand, specifically for the buyer, after the order. For this reason, works cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed, except in the case of damage on delivery or a print that does not match the order. In that case, the buyer contacts the artist on receipt, with photos of the work and its packaging, and a replacement or a refund is offered.
7. Warranties
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the consumer code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the civil code).
8. Intellectual property
Buying a print does not transfer any reproduction rights. The work may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without the artist's written permission.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, the buyer and the artist will first look for an amicable solution.
