Terms & Conditions — Booking, Payment and Cancellation 1. Booking A booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of a €500 contractual deposit per participant. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 calendar days before the workshop start date. Any booking made less than 45 days before the workshop start date requires full payment at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation by the participant If the participant cancels: Up to 90 calendar days before the workshop start date: the €500 deposit is refunded in full From 89 to 46 calendar days before the workshop start date: the deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred once to a later edition of the workshop within 12 months From 45 to 21 calendar days before the workshop start date: 50% of the total workshop price remains due From 20 to 8 calendar days before the workshop start date: 75% of the total workshop price remains due 7 calendar days or less before the workshop start date, in case of no-show, or in case of early departure during the workshop: 100% of the total workshop price remains due 3. Workshop confirmation The workshop is confirmed once 4 participants have booked. If this minimum is not reached, all sums paid by the participant will, at the participant’s choice, be either: fully refunded, or transferred to a future edition 4. Cancellation by the organiser If the organiser cancels the workshop before it begins due to insufficient enrolment, illness, safety concerns, force majeure, or any circumstance beyond reasonable control, all sums paid by the participant will, at the participant’s choice, be either: fully refunded, or transferred to a future edition 5. Non-included expenses The organiser is only responsible for refunding amounts actually paid to the organiser. Flights, accommodation, meals, insurance, visas, local transport, personal equipment, and any other third-party expenses are not refundable by the organiser. Participants are strongly advised to take out travel and cancellation insurance. 6. No statutory withdrawal right Under French consumer law, the standard 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. This workshop falls within that category. 7. Deposit wording The initial €500 payment is expressly defined as a contractual deposit (acompte).
